Major comfort, waterproof, and tough as nails comes to mind when I think of my Danner Frontiers that have lasted a lot of miles in the last 4 years, and still hold up as I navigate shale slides and moose swamps.

            Bang for your buck Danner are one of the best hunting boots around. For $200-$300+ you can expect a fine hunting boot that will keep you warm, dry, and comfortable in all conditions. Just make sure you get the high value insulated boots if hunting in cold weather.

I take my Danners on each hunting trip,  I go from hunting in the alpine for mulies all the way down to moose hunting lowland swampy areas. With a good pair of smart wool socks you will enjoy a comfortable blister free trip. Just a couple weeks ago I was hiking in the alpine walking across steep side hills and peaks.  If

I did not have a strong comfortable boot that fit perfect, I would’ve been full of blisters. I cannot stress enough how important footwear is out in the wilderness. If your feet blister or get cold and wet, it can just about if not completely ruin your hunt. 

So if you are looking for an economical top performing boot in the $200-$300 price range the Danner
